Pork Tenderloin en Croute

Individual portions of seasoned pork tenderloin are wrapped with a mushroom stuffing in puff pastry, a Kirchhoff specialty item. Hericot Verts and roasted potatoes accompany the meal.
 

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Medallions served with smoky, chipotle mashed potatoes. Served with Seasonal Vegetables
 

Apricot and Pecan Stuffed Pork Loin

Served over Parmesan Orzo. Served with Seasonal Vegetables.
 

Stuffed Chicken Breast - Chicken breast pounded thin, and filled with fresh herbs and feta cheese, and rolled up with asparagus spears. Chicken breasts are served over Roasted Vegetable Orzo which includes roasted red bell peppers, mushrooms and corn.

 

Proscuitto Wrapped Chicken Breast

Stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese and Served with a Lemon White Wine Sauce. Served with Orzo and Seasonal Vegetables.
 

Chicken Parmesan

A lightly pan fried Chicken breast is topped with homemade marinara sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese. Served over white or whole wheat pasta.
 

Beef Tenderloin

Medallions are served with Dijon Horseradish Sauce. This entrée is accompanied by Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Spinach Au gratin.
 

Salmon in Puff Pastry

Salmon is wrapped in puff pastry with a leek and red bell pepper stuffing. Accompanying the salmon is Hericot Verts and Roasted Potatoes. The meal is finished with a dill cream sauce.
